The British Library is an amazing resource. You can get a FREE Reader Pass for access to their vast catalogue, and the Business and IP Centre has a whole range of webinars, workshops and advice on IP, copyright etc.
Other London library gems are the Barbican for its collection of sheet music and art books; The Wellcome Collection for both library and blissfully light and airy reading room; The Poetry Library for its pastel rainbow roller-racking (and peaceful browsing of 20th century poetry, of course . . .) as well as being part of the iconic Southbank Centre, at the top of its singing lift . . .
Most art galleries and museums have fantastic websites, social media and youtube channels so you can access them from wherever you are in the world, often including virtual gallery/exhibition tours. If you can make it in person, they also tend to offer free events and workshops, especially for young people -- or at the very least a lovely activity pack! Some of my London favourites include the V&A, Courtauld, Somerset House, Tate (in all its forms), British Museum (mainly for the atrium. I do kind of think we should return a lot of the plundered things, but then there is a lot that is complicated about The Arts and patronage and funding and I'd probably have to cross all of them off the list if I looked too deeply. . .), Wallace Collection, Whitechapel, Museum of the Home. I have basically curated my instagram feed so that it is only beautiful images from galleries, artists and makers. I thoroughly recommend this approach.
The Bloomberg Connects app gives you virtual access to museums and galleries from all over the world.
